PEPPER SWEET RAJEN

Rajen is a prolific early-maturing sweet pepper cultivar distinguished by its distinctive round, ribbed morphology and slightly flattened, tomato-like form. Mature fruits develop a vibrant red coloration and typically achieve a weight of approximately 150 grams. This variety demonstrates considerable versatility in culinary applications, performing exceptionally well in fresh preparations, preservation methods, stewed preparations, and particularly in seafood-based dishes. The cultivar thrives in both controlled greenhouse environments and open-field cultivation. Optimal seed germination occurs within a temperature range of 22-25°C, with emergence typically observed within 14-22 days under appropriate conditions.
