Annual 30-40 cm height plants with ornamental, colourful leaves, grown in flower gardens. Grown in clusters, good for potting. Ornamental cabbage looks best in the end of summer. These impressive plants create the great flower beds till the first snow, and the frost highlights the colours of leaves. Cultivated in sunny areas, but can grow in the shade. Grow best in moist and fertile loam or sandy loam soil.
